Refund policy

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have the same day after receiving your item to request a return.

We will NOT be cancelling any orders once placed.

To be eligible for a return , Unless product is received in open condition or Damaged Product(The Product itself is Damaged not its packaging). We will not accept any returns as we have taken the utmost efforts to provide genuine descriptions/conditions of products that have been displayed for sale. with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the videos and photos of the damage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any products that bear manufacturing defects, customer will need to take this up with the manufacturer/importer and contact them for such liability.

If product is damaged in transit and visible damage to the outer packaging is visible, customer should not accept the package. Once customer accepts the package, we will not be liable for any claims made by the customer.

NO Exchanges
We take great care in listing and provide all details of the product. So before you make any purchase, if you still need any clarifications, feel free to contact us at junkieyard027@gmail.com. Once Purchase is made we will not accept any request for exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please Note: We will not refund the initial shiping cost and the refund will only be for the original product price.
